Super Flat Organization is the Colorkrew's unique organization management where all the positions and departments are removed, and the performance of teams and individuals is maximized.
Instead of departments, the organization is structured with the project units.
The system was installed in October 2015 to build up teams united by values rather than authority and is still evolving up to today.

Instead of the boss-subordinate relationship, we installed a coaching system to support individual career development.

By promoting awareness in members, the cycle of development is accelerated.
Personal growth supporter
The coaches could be ones who understand members the best.
They help to accelerate the members’ growth by telling what they are not aware of by themselves, including both the good points and improvement points.
Although the growing process is led by the individual member autonomously, these coaches are reliable supporters who help members grow by giving feedback on their actions.
Designation and change
Words from whom you show respect are much more likely to touch.
To maximize the coaching result, members can designate their coaches on their own.
Furthermore, they can anytime change their coaches. Colorkrew has colorful coaches. What you gain from which coach is all up to you.
Although the coaches are supporters, they have a side of the evaluator.
However, members can choose multiple evaluators on their own so that coaches' opinions will not have too much influence on the evaluation.
Both the members and coaches learn various views from the others, and they are reflected in the evaluation.
