Flextime System
A flexible working hours system that allows employees to choose their start and end times.
(Core time: 11 AM - 2 PM)
Three Days Remote Work per Week
A hybrid work style combining office attendance and remote work.
* Some grades work remotely twice a week
Staggered Working Hours
There is no fixed time for coming to the office. For example, you can avoid morning congestion by working remotely in the morning and coming to the office in the afternoon, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
Commuting Expenses
Actual transportation expenses to and from the office will be paid or the cost of a commuter pass will be provided. (Upper limit of 50,000 per month)
Social Insurance Coverage
Employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, welfare pension insurance, and health insurance (ITS).
Paid Leave Granted from the First Day
Depending on the month of joining, up to 10 days of paid leave are granted on the first day of employment.
Long Vacation Support
To encourage mental and physical refreshment through vacations, a long vacation allowance of 10,000 yen for 9 consecutive days and 20,000 yen for 16 consecutive days is provided. (Up to twice a year; excluding Golden Week and year-end/New Year holidays)
Remote Work from Home Country
Employees who have come to Japan from overseas are allowed to work remotely from their home country for an extended period. (Up to 5 days)
Sick Child Care Leave
When taking leave to care for a sick child, special leave of 5 days per year (10 days if there are two or more children) is granted.
* Sick Child Care Leave until they reach the beginning of elementary school is paid leave
Bring Your Child to Work Policy
As an emergency measure when there is no place to leave your child, or for educational purposes, it is possible to bring your child to work temporarily.
Caregiver Leave
When taking leave to care for a family member, special paid leave of 5 days per year (10 days if there are two or more people requiring care) is granted.
Maternity Leave System
Maternity leave can be taken from 6 weeks before the expected delivery date, and postnatal leave can be taken from the day after delivery for 8 weeks as unpaid leave.
Spouse's Childbirth Leave
Two days of paid leave can be taken between 7 days before and 7 days after the spouse's expected delivery date.
Same-Sex Partner Marriage and De Facto Marriage
Partnerships in the various systems cover de facto marriages and same-sex partner marriages.
Desired Device Provision
You can freely choose the devices and specifications necessary for your work from standard PCs (except for some positions). Especially for engineers and designers, we will provide high-spec ones.
Shortened Working Hours
Employees with childcare or caregiving responsibilities can choose to work shorter hours. Specific times can be decided in consultation with the project.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan
A system that allows you to purchase company stock by accumulating funds monthly.
Long-Term Income Compensation System
An insurance system that partially compensates for income loss in case of leave or reduced working hours due to illness or injury.
Optional Defined Contribution Pension Plan
A pension system where you receive benefits after the age of 60 by investing a fixed amount from your monthly salary.
Engineer/Designer Budget
A budget of 30,000 yen per year is provided to improve productivity. You can purchase hardware and software.
Home Monitor Rental
To enhance work efficiency, employees can borrow a 27-inch 4K resolution monitor for home use.

Learning Support

TOEIC/GCAS Exam Support

Coaching/Mentoring System
We have a coaching and mentoring system to support employee growth and development. For new employees, a mentor is always assigned to provide support after joining the company.
Onboarding Support

Outside-the-Company Activities
For activities such as BBQs or sports events organized company-wide, the company provides a subsidy of 1,000 yen per person.
Social Gathering Support
The company supports project teams in organizing welcome parties for new employees. (Conditions and limits apply)
Team Camp
For team-building retreats, the company provides a subsidy of 30,000 yen per person (45,000 yen for a two-night stay).
Project Dinner
For project-based team dinners, the company covers 50% of the cost once per half-year. (Limits apply)
Award Ceremony

Monday Morning Meeting / Breakout Rooms
A company-wide gathering to share important updates. The latter half splits employees into small groups for casual conversations, fostering connections beyond work.
MBR (Monthly Business Review)
A monthly meeting sharing company performance updates and key project progress.
TGIF
A weekly Friday meeting where the CEO provides company updates based on their schedule and answers employee questions directly. Held in English.
Product Report
A weekly meeting where product owners share development progress and future plans. Available in both Japanese and English.
