Can you tell me about the selection process?
The process includes document screening, 3 to 4 rounds of interviews, and then an offer. For some positions, such as engineers and designers, coding tests or practical assessments may also be part of the process.
Note: The number of interviews may vary depending on the position and circumstances.
Is it possible to have an online interview?
Yes, we conduct online interviews via Zoom. For candidates residing in Japan, we prefer to hold the final interview in person, but online options can be considered depending on the situation. If you live overseas, all interviews can be conducted online. Please note that we may need to adjust interview times to accommodate time zone differences.
How long does each interview take?
Each interview is scheduled to last around 45 - 60 minutes.
Can I reapply if I’ve gone through the selection process before?
Yes, you are welcome to apply again even if you have previously participated in our selection process. We would love to hear about your growth since your last application and the reasons for reapplying.
If a successful candidate needs to relocate overseas, can the company sponsor a work visa?
Yes, we can support work visa sponsorship, depending on the position and individual qualifications.
