A message from CEO Keiji Nakamura.

Striving for the Extreme Team

In recent years, while wellbeing values such as ‘white environment’, ‘compliance’ and ‘sustainability’ have been emphasized, I feel that opportunities for young people to learn through work are being missed.

Of course, the way we work at Colorkrew has changed with the times. We have moved from full-time office work to flexible hybrid work, and the value that overtime is a bad thing has fully taken hold.

These changes have greatly improved the situation of ‘sacrificing personal time’ that used to accompany hard work.

Fathers, who used to rely on their wives to take care of the home and children, are now able to participate more actively in family life than they did a decade ago.

On the other hand, we have our doubts about values such as "Never say anything too hard" and "We don't have to work hard" in a tendency to emphasize kindness and harmless communication about everything.

Work hard with a team to achieve our vision", "Do everything you can to ensure the success of your team", "Grow significantly through the work".
This is the value we believe in.

We cannot make our work colorful and exciting unless we work hard in a good way.

Today, with the development of  technology such as AI ‘working long hours’ does not necessarily lead to increased production.
Hard work is not long hours, but the use of your intelligence to do the best job possible in a limited amount of time.

We value a culture of mutual encouragement, even sometimes it's ‘painful to hear’, for the growth of the individual and the team.
We believe that it is especially important for young, inexperienced people to get a lot of feedback from seniors.

It is the same principle of value as parents telling their children what they need to know without fear of being disliked, because they care about their children's future.

Not just young people, but everyone who joins us is asked over and over again, "What kind of career do you want in the future? And are you doing what you need to do now to get there?

With lots of feedback from the team, each individual accelerates their growth and the collective team works together to realize the vision. Our Extreme Team strives for results that cannot be achieved in a loose-knit organization.

In closing, I would like to share with you the commitment of the management to the team.
