UI/UX Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design optimal interfaces and specifications for Colorkrew’s services. Your mission will be to maximize customer experience and business impact through the power of design. In this role, you will work closely and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members, including product owners, managers, and engineers.

- Creating user stories based on hypotheses and data
- Product UI design
Application Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI design for web and native mobile applications.
- 3+ years of direction experience in translating product issues and requirements into information architecture (IA) and defining specifications.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and prototyping tools (Figma).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with clients, product owners, and engineers throughout product ideation, design, and development.
- Excellent articulation skills to clearly explain design intent and rationale to non-designers and cross-functional team members.
- Portfolio submission required: Please clearly specify your exact role and contributions for each project (attachments accepted).
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of programming languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in spatial design, 2D/3D graphics, and motion graphics creation
- Experience in mentoring, training, or developing other designers.
- Experience with “vibe coding” utilizing AI tools like Claude or Codex, as well as graphic/UI design leveraging generative AI.
- Experience in building, maintaining, and operating design systems or internal design guidelines.
Salary
- Determined by taking experience, skills, and performance into account
- Salary revision twice or more a year
- Trial period: (same conditions) 3 months
(There will be real-time opportunities for advancement during the first six months.)

Flextime (Core time 10:00 to 14:00)
