Employment and Job Entry Period

Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on
solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of software development process and best
practices.
Salary
- 4.7M -
- Salary revision twice or more a year
- Trial period: (same conditions) 2 months
(There will be real-time opportunities for advancement during the first six months.)
Working Hours
Flextime (Core time 10:00 to 14:00)
