Employment and Job Entry Period

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on
  solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge and understanding of software development process and best
  practices.

Salary

• 4.7M -
• Salary revision twice or more a year
• Trial period: (same conditions) 2 months
  　(There will be real-time opportunities for advancement during the first six months.)

Working Hours

Flextime (Core time 10:00 to 14:00)
