The 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami severely damaged the city of Kamaishi in Iwate Prefecture. The city decided to collaborate with Toyota to demo an experimental project, “BUS+AID”, an on-demand bus service to support the local recovery. We created and promoted the official homepage of “BUS+AID”, introducing it to many people who wanted/needed to go to Kamaishi. The operation went on until March 2015, 4 years following the disaster.
